In this productive gym vlog, I’m taking you with me through my last week in the gym before the new year, because it’s officially time to get out of that lazy funk and start moving like we mean it. I just finished a quick full-body session (about 45–50 minutes). I forgot my watch so I couldn’t track it, but I checked the time on my phone when I got in and when I left—and honestly, I still felt so good after. After the workout, I kept it simple and made my go-to protein shake. I’m using Naked Mass whey protein in chocolate (I’ve tried plant-based proteins and I just can’t get with it), plus unsweetened cashew milk, a little Torani syrup, and some cold brew coffee because it tastes so good in a shake. I also add creatine from EHP Labs. I meant to try OxyShred (peach mango) as a thermogenic fat burner, but I forgot to take it, so that’ll be for another day. I also meal prepped chicken thighs earlier, so I’m setting myself up with easy meals for the day—because new habits are cute, but consistency is what actually gets you results.
