In this video I’m getting back into my graphic design / digital products bag and breaking down how to actually be successful selling digital products in 2024. I talk about how I got started as a self-taught graphic designer (literally just playing around with apps and creating my own banners, intros, and outros), and why it’s so important to figure out your own design style instead of copying everybody else. When clients send inspo, I’ll use it as a guide, but I always add my own touch because I want every intro I make to be unique. I also get into the business side: promoting yourself, separating personal and business pages, and why I moved from taking orders in DMs to building a real website (I used Wix) once the orders got hard to keep up with. Then we pivot into digital products and digital marketing—how I invested in a course that taught me how to create products, write descriptions, set up a store, and even rebrand ready-made products and resell them.
