What’s Living in This Massive Spillway?

I test out some Mack's Lure products at a big spillway. I catch a nice smallmouth bass before pivoting down river to a shoals where I find some channel cats and a nice smallmouth bass on a swim bait by Creek life Lure Co. It was a good scouting trip for late March.
