Started the morning chasing feeding fish at sunrise on Boone Lake while pulling planer boards from Waterbugz. The early bite produced some hard-fighting striped bass and a few bass. Once the sun got high, I eased into a quiet cove and found a school of longnose gar rolling on the surface. Using a simple bobber rig with cut bait, the action turned wild fast. From stripers to bass to gar, this turned into one of the most fun multi-species mornings I’ve had on Boone Lake in a long time. If you enjoy kayak fishing, drag-screaming runs, and the unpredictable nature of freshwater fishing, this one’s for you. #KayakFishing #StriperFishing #LongnoseGar #BooneLake #FishingAdventure #MultiSpeciesFishingSupport Support the channel: Join my Patreon Page for $5 monthly fishing reports here in East Tennessee: www.patreon.com/c/Trifisher ▶ EMAIL FOR BUSINESS INQUIRIES: michaelkaalphotography@gmail.com
