Today I’m back at the lake during its yearly drawdown, and when the water drops, it reveals an entire season’s worth of lost fishing gear. This spot sits right next to a popular public park where tons of people fish all year long, which means the second that shoreline pulls back… the good stuff starts showing up. And sure enough, I found everything from plastic worms and craws to spinnerbaits, topwaters, and even a full fishing pole with a reel still attached. Some lures were buried in cracked mud, some tangled in roots, and others were just sitting out in the open like little treasure markers. It honestly felt like a full-on fishing treasure hunt across the dried lakebed. 🎣 What I Found Today: • Plastic worms & crawdads • spinnerbaits & topwaters • Hooks, sinkers & random tackle • A fishing pole and reel • Lost gear from heavy fishing pressure at the park • A few unexpected surprises… Support the channel: ▶ Help Me GROW!
