About This Video

Hi guys! In this Hoi An vlog, I’m sharing my last day in Vietnam and it was such a fun, full-on day with my family. We started with the famous coconut boat ride—those round basket boats! It’s one boat for two people, and honestly I was a bit scared because boats make me nervous, even though I love water. But once we sat down (with the Vietnamese hat and umbrella), it was actually so much fun. The views were beautiful—like water lanes with coconut trees all around—and then I showed you the super famous coconut boat “dance”. I didn’t do it because I didn’t want to feel pukish, but watching it was wild. After that we went for lunch, rested a bit, and then headed out to explore Hoi An again—miniature boats, shopping everywhere, and the night market vibes. I also took you near the lantern area, the Japanese Bridge (I didn’t take tickets to go inside—outside view was enough for me), and then we tried the famous rice paper cake. It looked like papad with egg, chicken, sauces, and toppings, and my expression says it all—it was SO tasty. We ended the night with mangoes (my favorite fruit!) and then dinner—our usual comfort meal: chicken and rice.
