I’m watching the southern Plains up through the Midwest and into the Ohio Valley for storms capable of very large hail, damaging winds, and tornadoes, with Dallas, Oklahoma City, Kansas City, and then farther north into Iowa, Minnesota, and Wisconsin all in play depending on storm mode. The bigger concern is what comes after the first rounds: by Monday and especially Tuesday and Wednesday, wind shear increases and the environment becomes more supportive of discrete supercells if storms can stay isolated.
