Wraps Claude Code (I call it Elrond) and Codex into a beautiful local web app. Chat tabs, dashboard, kanban, email, family ops, docs viewer, P&L tracker, cron jobs, the works. Runs on Mac Mini, accessible anywhere via Tailscale. AutoSam. My autofix pipeline. Tickets land in a triage board, Claude Code picks them up, opens a PR, then Codex GPT-5.5 reviews via my /codex-fix slash command. They iterate until it's ready to merge or flagged for me. Replaces a junior dev team. Samwise. True mobile employee. A CLI on my phone with full access to every repo. When something breaks at 9pm and I'm not at my desk, I just open Samwise, give it a task, and it ships. Supabase, Railway, the lot. This is what I could never figure out how to build before.
