I don’t do a lot of start to finish tutorials, mostly because of time, but the size of my kiln limits me to what I can fire together because I am frugal and I make the most of my kiln loads….buuuuut this time I got sick in between uploads and I ended up having time to finish a project fully in one video! So I hope you enjoy this type of glazing, I know it’s going to be a staple in my upcoming spring items. It’s also inspired me for a few other abstract designs so I hope I can get those videos out soon to! If you’ve tried this technique before let me know down in the comments! I love it and I hope it inspires you to get colourful! #pottery #clay #ceramics 👇🏻WAYS TO SUPPORT MY CHANNEL👇🏻 ☕️ BUY ME A COFFEE: https://buymeacoffee.com/maeblossomdesign INSTAGRAM: https://www.instagram.com/maeblossomdesignj TIKTOK: https://www.tiktok.com/@UC6Az5NRl3RSDAAESQWSVJvw **DISCLAIMER** Please be advised that the links provided below are affiliate links and I may get a small commission from qualified purchases. About This Video

I don’t usually do true start-to-finish tutorials (mostly because time… and also because my kiln is small and I’m frugal, so I try to make every single kiln load count). But in this video I finally take you through my confetti glazing process from beginning to end, because I got sick between uploads and ended up with the time to actually finish one full project in one go. I walk you through how I build up that colourful, abstract “confetti” look and how I plan pieces so they can be fired together efficiently. This is the kind of technique that looks super playful, but it’s also a really easy way to get bold results without needing perfectly painted details—especially if you’re craving colour after a long winter (hi, rural Canada). The big takeaway is that confetti glazing is fun, flexible, and totally worth adding to your rotation—I already know it’s going to be a staple for my spring items, and it’s sparked a bunch of other abstract design ideas I want to test next.
