Hey guys! In this video I’m finally back with a grocery haul, and I’m sharing my ALDI Weekly Finds haul with prices (total was $130 and some change). I grabbed a ton of produce because I honestly prefer getting it at ALDI—better prices and I can find some good organic options. I’ll walk you through what I picked up for our family of four, give you little mini reviews on what we’re loving (like my kids’ favorite mac and cheese and our go-to movie theater butter popcorn), and share a few fun finds like the Valentine’s aisle chocolate donut treats. I also show you what’s currently in my fridge and pantry from the past couple weeks (Target and Harris Teeter included), because I know it’s helpful to see what we’re actually working with at home. For the rest of the week, I share my meal plan: jambalaya, Crock-Pot garlic parmesan chicken stew, pizza night, pasta (especially if we get a snow day), taco night, and ALDI red bag chicken patties with mac and cheese. And of course, I show you how I make my zucchini boats—one of my weekly favorites—using a creamy sausage marinara-style sauce and cheese for an easy, budget-friendly lunch.
