The big takeaway here is how quickly a simple change can affect the group dynamic. Even something as small as shifting resources (like moving a hay pile) can create a moment where one pig decides to claim space, and that’s when you can see nipping and little scuffles happen. I’m also showing what it’s like to be hands-on and present during bonding—checking in, staying close, and not assuming they’re fully settled just because they’re quiet for a minute.
