Hi, friends! How have you been this week? The other day, as I was preparing for a work presentation, I noticed that I was falling into my usual pattern of procrastination, along with feelings of anxiety and fear of failure. In this week's video, I'll be discussing how I've gradually developed and adjusted a mindfulness practice to help cope with my ADHD and anxiety symptoms, and to better handle stressful situations. At the same time, I’m going to work on updating my pen log with one of my newest additions to my pen collection - my Pilot Custom 823. 🥹 I got this pen back in April, and I have to say that it has quickly become one of my favourite pens in my collection. **What are your thoughts on a mindfulness practice, and what are some things you like to incorporate into your practice?** Also, if you have any feedback or requests for future videos, please let me know! Thanks for being here; I appreciate you! 💗 References Bjerrum, M. B., Pedersen, P. U., & Larsen, P. (2017).
