These notebooks do something my planners can't

Hi friends, This week, I am showing two notebooks that I’ve been using quietly in the background and have never shown on YouTube - until today. Even though most of it is blurred out (lol), I wanted to talk about why these notebooks are so important to me and how I use them to think through ideas, solve problems, and work on projects. While my planners and journals help me organize and reflect on my life, these larger notebooks serve a different purpose. They’re where I brainstorm, sketch, make connections, and sort through my messy thoughts. I use them regularly in my work as a user experience (UX) researcher and registered psychotherapist, as well as for behind-the-scenes creative projects.
