If I asked you what you actually did for your business last week... would you struggle to answer? ๐Ÿ˜… If so, it's probably not because you didn't do enough. It's because you did too much. And I get it. Running a tutoring business means you're constantly deep in the day-to-day. A parent messages asking to reschedule. A tutor needs cover. Someone's invoice didn't go through. A new enquiry comes in, and you drop everything to reply before they go cold. It's always the little things. Individually, none of them feels like a big deal. But they add up. Fast. ๐Ÿ˜… And before you know it, it's Friday again. You've been busy all week. You're exhausted. But when you stop and ask yourself, "Did I actually move my business forward strategically?"... the honest answer is no. ๐Ÿซ  You were just keeping it running. But here's the hard truth: If every week looks like this, your business will stay exactly where it is. Because growth doesn't happen if you don't intentionally make time for it. That's exactly why protecting your high-value time matters so much... So you can have the space to do the work that actually grows your business. ๐Ÿ’› In this video, I'm sharing the exact system I've used in my own business to structure my time like a CEO, and not just an operator. ๐Ÿ˜‰ You'll learn: ๐ŸŒŸ The entire flow of how I structure and plan my week in Sunsama as a business owner ๐ŸŒŸ How to protect your CEO time instead of letting your day design itself ๐ŸŒŸ How to batch your operational work so it stops eating into your strategic time ๐ŸŒŸ The weekly planning ritual I never skip (and the reset I do after every busy season) ๐ŸŒŸ The difference between a business owner who's constantly busy and one who's consistently making progress If you want to delegate better and protect your high-value time, I've got a FREE Delegation Scorecard that pinpoints exactly where your bottlenecks are right now, so you know precisely what's keeping you stuck in the day-to-day. A few of you are new here so I thought I'd introduce myself โ˜บ๏ธ ย  I'm Lisa (hehe). I'm in my early 30s, though I'm often told I look like I'm in my young 20s (and I never get sick of hearing this ๐Ÿ˜‚). ย  I started tutoring English when I was 19, just after high school. Who knew that I'd still be in the tutoring business TWELVE+ years later? mind blown ย  Tutoring was SO incredibly rewarding and fulfilling that I moved into it full-time when I was 24. I fell in love with tutoring so much that I ended up quitting my career as a pharmacist after only 11 months on the job. Skip ahead to 3 months later, I was fully booked out and was already rejecting new students who had been referred to me. ย  I felt so bad for saying 'no' that I ended up hiring my first tutor. Within 6 months, my team had grown to 5 tutors, and within a couple of years, I had 50+ tutors on my team! ย  It's been a rollercoaster of a journey. I've been awarded Anthill 30under30, Victorian Younger Achievers Finalist, spoken at TEDx, and been blessed with so much more. ย  ย  Timestamp: 00:00 Introduction 01:47 Why staying busy is killing your growth 03:25 The CEO vs operator split 05:04 How I plot my weekly plan 08:02 Free resources 08:48 How I keep everything on track daily 11:57 The highest-leverage habit I have 13:15 Planning through exam season 14:35 The difference between busy and productive 15:09 Free scorecard + Mastermind
