In this end-of-year homeschool review for 2024-25, I’m sitting down to share the honest wrap-up—what went well, what didn’t, and the struggles we ran into along the way. I talk through the lessons I personally had to learn as a homeschool mom of three (13, 12, and 8), and how this year reminded me that I can’t ignore what’s not working and just push through on autopilot. I also share the mindset shifts that helped me step back, evaluate, and move forward with more intention. I also chat about what I’m changing for next year and why—because I’m not interested in repeating the same problems and calling it “just a hard season.” I’m taking what this year taught me and using it to adjust our approach, our expectations, and how I’m planning so our days feel more doable and less heavy.
