No frills, no fuss — just honest bits I’m using all the time. I chat you through everything from my “wake up” spring wax melts that I pop on every morning (they waft up the stairs and make the whole house feel fresh), to my adult colouring book that I use for proper wind-down time when I’ve had a heavy day.
