Hey my lovelies 🤍 In this video I’m sharing an unexpected little treasure hunt haul from the Aldi middle aisle and Poundland. I only popped out for a few fresh bits, but the middle aisle was absolutely popping off this week, so I went on a deliberate hunt for a few pieces I’d seen advertised. You’ll see my super cute squishy-style cushion (yes, it’s meant for kids but it’s going on my bed!), Easter gift bags, and the prettiest pink confetti glassware—tumblers and Prosecco flutes that feel really solid and good quality. I also picked up scalloped edge side plates in a gorgeous mid-tone rose (not garish at all), plus the star buys for me: the floral mixing bowl and matching-style mixing jug in that lovely dusty rose colour family. Then we head over to Poundland… and I won’t lie, I’m a bit disappointed lately, mainly because they’re getting so hard to find—so many have closed and I had to travel for this one. Still, I found a few handy bits: a colourful cupcake stand, fruit-flavoured flower marshmallows for cupcake garnish, a cute lemon quote print for a pop of spring, and mocha-toned lidded storage baskets for wardrobe bits and bobs. I also grabbed basics like Fairy liquid, cotton pads, baking soda (my go-to for the cat litter tray), Cath Kidston tissues, and long matches—plus my little match-jar refill tip you’ll want to try.
