I signed up, verified my email, created my account, and then took a short transcription test where you just play the audio and type what you hear. In my case, it took me less than 30 minutes to pass the test, get approved, and see my first job—so if you stick around till the end, you’ll know exactly what to do step by step. After the test, I show the full setup flow: signing the NDA, reading the privacy policy and passing a simple quiz, adding your PayPal account, and setting up Slack (you can also do Slack later). Then I walk you through the training part—reading the do’s and don’ts in the FAQ section and passing one last guidelines quiz. The good thing is you can correct mistakes any number of times, there’s no limit, so just keep trying until everything is right. Finally, I show the dashboard where you can see hundreds of calls available, and I remind you to check call length, earnings, and time allowed before you hit “Start Work.”
