While doing the task, I focus on practical steps that help you finish faster: copy-pasting the title and other slide elements into a new slide, placing them in the right position, and then using PowerPoint alignment tools like Align, Distribute, and Bring to Front/Send to Back when needed. I also talk about grouping and ungrouping objects so you can move multiple items together without breaking the layout. Finally, I adjust text box sizing and text settings according to the guidelines so nothing goes beyond limits and everything stays neat.
