Hope you enjoy this 20-25 minute shoulder workout. this is the 3rd iteration so feel free to check out the one that best fits your needs. ideally the first 10 minute i like to dedicate to the part of my shoulders i want most to grow; following that logic each workout is a bit different to help you achieve the best result.
