Reject 58mm, Embrace 49mm: The First Drops of a Reclaimed Future for Espresso

I made a video some time back wherein I compared shots from baskets that had diameters fo 49mm and 58mm. The video is linked below. My conclusion, based off those tests, was a heavy preference for shots that were pulled through 49mm baskets. Following that video, Sworks Design took the cue and made lots of different options to convert your espresso machine to 49mm capable.
