This is the fourth and final variable for this first series in isolating variables of extraction to note the effects on flavor and extraction in pourovers. We first looked at water temperature, then grind size, followed by ratio, and ending here with number of pours. All of these variables affect the taste in very different ways, even if the extraction delta is similar.
