It is no secret- I have ADHD. And I allow myself to chase the dopamine. Recently, I have been really into restoring older machines and finding value in other people's trash. This machine is no different- a vintage, but incredibly well built, espresso machine sold for parts on a second hand website. While I am showcasing the disassembly and future restoration of a specific machine and model (late 1970s Baby Gaggia), I hope this video sparks intrigue and gives insight to the curious minded.
