On pricing, I push project-based rates (especially for bigger jobs) and I’m blunt about not undercharging: you’re not selling “a video,” you’re selling equipment, knowledge, time, and the assets. Finally, I cover marketing and outreach: keep your site current, post consistently, use YouTube to show how you work, engage your audience, and be careful with ads because you can burn cash fast. The biggest lever is still proactive outreach and relationships—cold emails, networking, referrals, and offering added value after delivery so you become a trusted partner, not just a vendor.
