This is a quick video for my students showing them how they can use the slip applicator bottles in my classroom to do slip trailing on their leatherhard stoneware pieces. The slip trailing bottles are actually hair color bottles that have been repurposed. I make the slip by putting my clay body in a blender, and then sieving out the grog. It may take some experimentation coming up with the correct consistency for good trailing.
