In today’s video I’m calling this a pre-spring extreme clean, declutter, and organize with me—because I’m at that point where I’m ready for winter to go away and not come back for like 10 years. I’m tackling the spaces that were bothering me the most so we can spend the rest of winter feeling calmer, more organized, and way less overwhelmed when spring cleaning hits. I start by resetting the bedroom (fresh sheets, quick tidy) because it feels so much less overwhelming to declutter a space when it’s tidy first. Then I go space by space: bedding and throws, my nightstand (aka my personal junk drawer), my master closet that I’ve been ignoring with every fiber of my being, the linen closet, medicine drawers, and the chaos under the kitchen sink. I pull everything out, separate donations vs. trash (black bags for donations, pink for trash), wipe everything down, and only put back what we actually use and love. I also share why decluttering isn’t “wasting money” to me—it’s reclaiming my space and peace of mind. And because this time of year can be heavy mentally, I also talk about how therapy helps me when I’m stressed or overwhelmed. My goal is that you clear out even one drawer with me—because those small wins add up fast and give you that momentum to keep going.
