Add melted butter, salt, vinegar, white pepper (optional turmeric powder) 3. Purée the sweet potato and add about a 1/4 cup of milk 4. Rub a little olive oil on the tuna then coat the tuna with sesame seeds 5. Sear the tuna in a preheated pan over high heat . For about a minute on each side. 6.
