Blend for about 1 minute Add the orange juice to the bowl with the egg/sugar mixture. Blend for about 1-2 minutes Alternately add the flour and oil to the egg/sugar/orange juice mixture while blending together. Blend until incorporated - about 1-2 minutes. Place in a pre-heated 350 F Oven.
