Sauté the fresh sausage in some olive oil for about 5 minutes, add the Linguiça and onions cook and additional 5 minutes. 2. add the beer, wine, tomato sauce, bayleaf, hot sauce, and beef bullion, cook at a medium boil for 15 minutes. Note: the sauce needs to be hot when you pour it over the sandwich. Assemble the sandwich: 1. Salt and pepper the steak and Sauté until done. Set aside.. 2. Add about a tsp of butter to a pan; place one slice of bread in the pan, layer the bread with the salami, ham, cooked fresh sausage, Linguiça, one slice of cheese. 3. Grill the sandwich in the pan until it is golden brown, place the second slice of bread on top flip the sandwich over and add another tsp of butter, grill until golden. 4. The sandwich can be placed in a warm oven (200-280F) while you cook the egg 5. Fry the egg sunny side up. 6. Place the sandwich on a plate. Place the egg on top of the sandwich and layer slices of cheese to cover the sandwich. 7. Pour the sauce over the sandwich.
