Combine the dry ingredient in a bowl and mix. 2. Add the beer and eqq whites into the dry ingredients. (try to make the batter with in a half hour of the time you are going to cook the asparagus) 3. Heat up the oil between 350 to 375°F 4. Dip about 75% of the asparagus spear into the batter and fry for about 2 minutes. 5. Remove the deep fried asparagus from the oil onto a plate or cookie sheet lined with paper towels to soak up any excess oil.
