Heat up the 6 cups of chicken stock in a large pot 2. Chop up the cilantro garlic and peppers. Put them in a mortar with 1 TBSP of extra virgin olive oil and crush with a pestle. Then add to the stock. (on Madeira Island they use Thyme instead of Cilantro) 3. Simmer for 10 minutes. Add a 1/4 cup of extra virgin olive oil. 4. Add 4-8 eggs To the soup and allow to simmer over low heat from 4 to 7 minutes. 5.
