I ran real-world speed tests with the Blackmagic Disk Speed Test on my Mac Studio, and the truth is I was seeing way less than half the advertised numbers—around 770MB/s write and 750MB/s read, with peaks around 840. Still solid for a small portable drive, but it’s not the “insane value” it would be if it actually hit 2,000MB/s on my setup. What I do like is the build: it’s tiny, lightweight, and honestly one of the most portable drives I’ve used. If you travel, shoot content on the go, or just need something you can toss in your bag, it’s super convenient.
