Quick and Easy Classic Meatloaf

In today's video Jill shows you how to make her magnificent meatloaf! Everybody loves some comfort food that tastes delicious, is easy to prepare, and gives you left-overs. Here's a great meatloaf recipe that I think you'll really enjoy. Most of the ingredients you probably already have in your home. If you like, do a little personalizing on this recipe. The basics are here -- experiment and have fun with the recipe. JILL'S MAGNIFICANT MEATLOAF 2 lbs ground beef. (I used 1 lb of 85/15, and one lb of 97/3) 2 eggs 1 medium onion, chopped finely (about 1 cup) ½ cup parsley, chopped ¼ cup catsup 2 tablespoons Worchester sauce ¼ cup parmesan cheese ½ cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs ½ cup milk 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1/2 teaspoon Italian herb mixture ½ teaspoon ground black pepper ¾ teaspoon salt (or to taste) Mix all ingredients until completely incorporated. Either do a "free-style" shape and place in an oven appropriate pan, or a loaf pan. Bake at 375 for approximately 1 hour 15 min, to 1 hour 30 minutes. Interior of meatloaf should register at least 165 degrees F.
