Perfect Quinoa in Your Instant Pot | Fluffy and Delicious!

Perfect quinoa is possible in the Instant Pot! In today's video, Jill shows you how making quinoa can be simple and easy. Hope this helps! RECIPE AND INSTRUCTIONS: 1 cup dry quinoa, well rinsed and drained 1 1/2 cups water (remove 1 tablespoon of water to compensate for the water that may remain in the rinsed quinoa) If you prefer, you can use broth and/or salt After completing draining the rinsed quinoa, add it to your Instant Pot (or other pressure cooker). Pour in the water. Stir to combine. Close lid, making sure it's on "sealed." Set Instant Pot on "Manual" setting. Set cook time for 3 minutes. Once cooking time is over, let the pot "Natural Release" for 10 minutes, then release the remaining steam with a "Quick Release." Carefully open pot lid. Fluff quinoa with a fork. Serve. TIP: Once cooled, scoop it into freezer containers and place it in your freezer. It freezes beautifully!
