No-Knead Herb & Parmesan Bread

In today's video, Jill teaches you how to make a herby, cheesy bread. It's basically a no-knead bread. A delicate, softer-textured loaf. It's perfect on it's own, dipped in olive oil, or toasted with a smear of butter on top! This recipe would make awesome dinner rolls or bread sticks. Garlic, Parmesan, Herb Bread 1 tablespoon instant dry yeast 1 tablespoon granulated sugar 1 cup warm water 1 teaspoon salt 1 ½ teaspoons dried rosemary ½ teaspoon dried basil 3/4 teaspoon dried oregano. 2 cloves minced garlic 2 to 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese (we decided to up the cheese to ½ cup) 2 tablespoons olive oil Instructions Combine yeast, sugar, warm water, and oil. Then add salt, herbs, and garlic. Add flour and cheese, mix until smooth and elastic. Place in greased bowl, cover and let rise 1 hour until doubled. Divide into two loaves, place on oiled baking sheet (I made one loaf with the dough. It took approximately 40-45 minutes to bake.) Let loaves rise as your oven heats up.
