King Crispy Pie & Tart Pan: https://amzn.to/4eXkEKx Video Review: https://youtu.be/kfFRf4aOyRI Jill's No-Knead English Muffin Bread Ingredients 2 ¾ – 3 Cups All Purpose Flour 2 ½ teaspoon Dry Yeast 1 ½ teaspoon Sugar 1 teaspoon Salt ¾ teaspoon Baking Soda (I made an adjustment to the baking soda from 1/8 teaspoon to ¾ teaspoon) 1 Cup Milk ¼ Cup Water Cornmeal for dusting loaf pan Instructions Grease a 8 ½ x 4 ½ bread pan. Sprinkle with cornmeal. In a large bowl, combine flour, yeast sugar, salt and baking soda. Set aside. Heat the water and milk to very warm or 120˚ F. Add to dry ingredients and mix well. Stir in the rest of the flour to form a sticky, stiff batter. Spoon the batter dough into the greased and cornmeal sprinkled bread pan and sprinkle the top with cornmeal. Let rise in a warm place for 45 minutes. Bake for approximately 25 minutes in a preheated 400˚ F oven. Remove from pan immediately. Let cool and serve. It took 25 minutes in my oven. NOTE: While it may not resemble a true English Muffin, this bread is absolutely DELICIOUS! I added a bit more baking soda to the recipe which I believe will help give a more “nook and cranny” feel to the bread.
