In this video I got trained by another personal trainer at The Bar, and y’all… he absolutely destroyed my legs in the best (and most humbling) way. This was filmed and edited by @jonagains, so you’re basically coming with me for a real-time leg day + cardio session where I’m not in control of the program for once. I love glute-focused training, but this workout pushed me past my comfort zone and had my legs shaking. If you’re someone who’s been doing the same leg routine over and over, this is your sign to switch it up and let a coach challenge you. My biggest takeaway is that having someone else cue you, pace you, and hold you accountable hits different—especially when you think you’re “already training hard.” It was fun, it was rough, and it’s the kind of session that reminds me why I’m always trying to level up: stronger legs, better conditioning, and staying consistent even when it’s brutal.
