After visiting my Nan the other weekend, she mentioned to me that she had chipped her side table which is from a nest of 3 tables. After looking at the table, all the glue joints on the top had failed, so I said to her I would re-glue the table top together and fix the chip in it, whilst also trying to improve the finish on the top. This wasn't a long project to do, but involves lots of waiting for the glue to dry, wood dye, and spray lacquer.
