About This Video

December 11th hit and I finally had a second to breathe after the busiest month of my full-time creative career—brand deals, Black Friday, Thanksgiving… it was chaos. Once the dust settled, I started thinking about the thing every creator deals with: you feel busy 24/7, but somehow progress feels slow. In this vlog I’m running Lab Culture packages to UPS, grabbing my Starbucks order (yes, the sugar cookie latte with protein milk), and linking up with my guy Blink for a tattoo session—while literally taking a Meta call mid-tattoo. That’s the job now. The real point of the video is how I’m changing the way I prioritize before it’s “too late.” I break my world into three buckets: Lab Culture, long-form YouTube, and short-form/photos (IG/TikTok). YouTube is the backbone of my community, but it’s not my biggest money driver—so I bought back time by getting editing help. Lab Culture had an insane first Black Friday, but it also proved I need more help if I want it to keep growing without eating my entire life. And short-form is the main ship right now for visibility and brand deals, so moving into 2026 I’m being more calculated: pick what matters most, do it well, and stop pretending you can do everything at the same level.
