VJ ULTRA 3 - First Run Impressions - Will they hold up???

I finally got the correct size for the VJ Ultra 3, so I can begin testing. Pretty HUGE difference between the previous US 9.5 and this 10 - not sure what to make of that. Check out the direct link below to the section in my previous Q&A where I discuss VJ sizing and also try on the US 9.5 pair. These 10s did feel great on this run.. but questions remain about midsole durability based on previous SuperFOAMance midsoles. *(5/1/2025) I did hear back from VJ - the SuperFOAMance midsole in the Ultra 3 is the same foam as in the MAXx2 and Lightspeed, but tuned to be slightly firmer, so less compression. Of course it still feels very soft given the fact that you have so much more stack in this model (37/29mm). It is a Nitrogen-infused TPU/EVA blend. I may have mentioned TPEE at difference points, but that seems to be incorrect - not sure where I got that from. Sorry for the confusion.* We finally get some weather, so I get to try out the La Sportiva Ethereal Pro WP jacket again. Love how that one feels and also the fit is great (US Medium for me - over a vest).
