This run takes a closer look at the On Cloudsurfer Trail 2 Waterproof — but the real question is simple: is it actually waterproof? Does it even matter? On paper, the Cloudsurfer Trail 2 WP promises weather protection without sacrificing On’s signature smooth ride.
