HOKA Mafate Speed 4 LITE // Will my heel survive? // CUSHION for days!

Hoka Mafate Speed 4 - all the goods from the "regular" Mafate Speed 4, with a stripped down "LITE" upper - giving a much lower overall weight. When I first saw the Satisfy version of the shoe, I wanted them so badly, but they were already sold out. My one specific gripe about the regular version was that the upper seemed a bit thick and overdone, leading to a somewhat bulky feel. Throw that out the window now! All that soft Mafate 4 cushion, noticeably lighter on foot, even with my correct half size up in this Lite version (US 10). Some have expressed concern about the stripped down interior heel padding, so I take a look at other similar designs here and also see if it's a bother for me throughout this run.
