The 2024 Nils Klim Prize was awarded to Siddharth Sareen, for his research at the intersection between social sciences, the humanities, and technological and environmental sciences. Sareen's research includes complex topics such as sustainability and accountability, energy history, environmental justice, democracy and social inclusion. This interview was recorded on 3rd June, 2024. At the time, Sareen held the position as professor of energy and environment at the Department of Media and Social Sciences, University of Stavanger. He has since taken on a position as research professor at the Fridtjof Nansen Institute.
