We took American Civil War relics found metal detecting and had them forged in fire into a knife to raise money for the Wounded Warrior Project. After seeing recent events as our soldiers left Afghanistan we felt that something must be done to help. We teamed up with Randy Caston, a champion, from the TV show Forged in Fire on the History Channel to make this possible. Our idea was to take a part of Civil War Cannonball from the Confederate Army and a projectile from the Union Army to upcycle these relics into a knife. The knife is being given away via a drawing for those who donate directly to wounded warrior project via the link listed below. Donations are tax deductible and go to help soldiers that protected our freedom.
