#creator #youtube #influencer ⚡The best time to create a YouTube channel is right this instant. There has never been a time, with the exception of when YouTube started, to start a you tube channel because the algorithm is actually promoting new and small channels. Don't believe me? Take a look at your YouTube feed, do you notice anything? Yea me too. There is a whole bunch of new and small creators and influencers that I have never seen before, I have never watched before, and this is a great thing. 📘 Chapters 00:00 - Introduction 00:25 - Nothing to sell you 00:45 - YouTube is broken 01:39 - The New YouTube 02:10 - The truth about the money and YouTube 02:56 - Quantity over Quality 03:20 - I don't do this, so I wont benefit 04:53 - Don't use good equipment 05:40 - YouTube Psy Op 06:00 - 2% are real 06:41 - Do NOT buy a course 🛎️ Truth be told, YouTube has a content problem. I know that sounds funny but its true. Creators on YouTube can no keep up with the amount of consumption that viewers are producing. Simply put, there isn't enough content to fill the hours and hours of YouTube being consumed daily by people. Couple that with this long standing trend of heavily produced, massively funded, and crazy edited productions with teams and thousands if not millions of dollars budget. If you were not producing things at close to a Netflix quality, the algorithm and people would all but ignore you. 🔥 But there is an issue with that, it took lots of money, lots of knowledge, teams, and budgets to get that done. And because YouTube does NOT pay it's creators enough, yet required this high level production, many creators quit. And I don't blame them, if I look at my own rewards for my hard work, anytime I work on anything You Tube related its breaks down to less than $3.00 per hour. And this is why its so hard to go full time and why its hard for YouTube to maintain creators. 👁️ Look if you are going to create a system, where people are required to do Mr. Beast type content to capture attention. Big sets, big budgets, crazy edits, massive teams, who can compete with that? So what did YouTube do, well they changed the algorithm so that it is now showing small channels and new creators on users home page feeds more now then ever before. So if you are just starting out, or starting a YouTube channel in 2025 or you are just a smaller channel, now is your time. 😜 Further, Youtube is also training the audience, to now expect less editing and move towards a more raw, unedited, natural, sit and talk type video with limited to no editing. We are talking old days stuff. In this way, if YouTube can train users to accept this type of content by promoting it, they can create an environment for creators that cost less to create, but in terms of money, time, and effort. They also are pushing the idea that these raw videos don't need much if any production or quality. You no longer need a super expensive camera and studio, you simple need a phone, sit in a dark room and talk. But the number one thing the algorithm wants, is not longer quality, it's quantity. You should no longer post cinematic masterpiece monthly but rather post less polished authentic videos daily, if not twice daily. But you have to make sure your niche is narrow and you never, ever, deviate from that narrow niche. 👓 Ok what does that mean? Well that means don't pick a niche like technology, pick a narrow niche like mechanical keyboards, or IOT. Technology is a niche but its way to broad. Pick a niche that you know about, become the expert in the space, and out publish your competitors. Care less or little about quality and polish and more about being a publishing machine. You would also be well served to pick a niche that is profitable. Mechanical keyboards for example, most likely does not have the biggest audience, so you may want to look at things like YouTube drama, but niche down inside of this, pick a few creators on just one, perhaps a lol cow and post daily on this micro niche. Unfortunately many of the profitable niches are pure trash but it can easily pay your bills. 🗳️ So make a choice, are you going to create a channel for money? Well the algorithm is your master now and you should spend most of you time catering to it. Which means you need to do what it wants, and right now it wants content, not even good content, just content to fill the void. Right now your number one goals is to create daily if not twice daily and this by default will mean you won't be able to put much effort or time into it at all. 😁 My name is HillPhantom please like and subscribe!
