That is incorrect; I was mistaken about the refrigerated shipping. Nooey® pasta is shelf stable and is neither shipped nor sold refrigerated or frozen. The product packaging states "Once opened, keep me in an airtight container in a cool, dry space for maximum freshness." When it was sent to me for review, the manufacturer recommended that upon receiving the shipment I store it in my freezer until use, due to humidity concerns. That led to my confusion and I incorrectly stated that the product was shipped and stored frozen. My apologies to the Nooey® team, who were rightly concerned that the information shared about their product is accurate. I have edited this video and any pertinent comments to remove mentions of shipping or storing the product in the freezer.
