(Elevate Protein Flour Review) by The Keto Twins YouTube Video: https://youtu.be/bZyULCaV_lU -------------- RECIPE THAT INSPIRED THIS VIDEO ATK "Dream Biscuits" - Keto Version Original by: America's Test Kitchen Makes 10 biscuits. 3 cups keto flour alternative 4 tsp sweetener 1 Tbsp baking powder 1/4 tsp baking soda 1 1/4 tsp salt 2 cups heavy cream 2 Tbsp melted butter 1. Preheat oven to 450ºF. Place rack in upper-middle position. Line baking sheet with parchment paper. 2. Sift all of the dry ingredients together into a medium bowl and mix well with a whisk. 3. Microwave the heavy cream about 60 seconds on high, stirring halfway through, to warm to about 95-100 degrees. (Not too hot!) 4. Stir warm cream into the dry mixture until a soft dough forms. 5. Spray a 1/3 cup dry measuring cup with oil. Drop level scoops of dough a few inches apart on the parchment lined baking sheet. Use your fingertips to help the dough retain a cylinder shape. 6. Bake 10-12 minutes, rotating halfway through. Tops should be light golden brown. Brush the hot biscuits with melted butter as soon as they come out of the oven. Serve and enjoy! 7. Store in a ziplock bag at room temp for 24 hours, or in the fridge for up to a week.
