In Vlogmas Day 2, I’m taking you guys along for a cozy little Christmas date night at home—because in Alaska we get snowed in a lot, and today was one of those “we’re literally in a snow globe” days. I show you how we do our at-home date nights to keep it cute, intentional, and actually fun (aka staying off our phones and spending real time together). First things first: I throw on my cute Christmas jammies, then I do the not-so-romantic part… a quick tidy. Pillows fluffed, couch reset, and the tree plugged in—because the vibes matter. Then I’m giving you all my holiday date night inspo: games, crafts, and paint kits that are perfect for couples, besties, or even a first sleepover. I share my giant UNO (hilarious), a murder mystery game I really want to do at a dinner party, and a bunch of paint-by-numbers kits I grabbed on Amazon. The cocktail-themed 6-pack is my favorite because the finished art is so stinking cute, and I’m planning to use it in my backdrop. We end the night with a snack tray, The Grinch on, and painting together—simple, cozy, and such a good way to make staying in feel special.
