In today’s Healing Diaries (90 days to becoming the best version of me, ep. 2), I’m giving y’all a real update on where I’m at—day 20, with 70 days left—and I’m officially in my “go hard or go home” era. The biggest mindset shift? I’m following the plan, not my mood. Because my mood will have me sitting at a brewery in the sun with pizza and mimosas, and the plan is 10,000 steps, movement, and staying consistent even when I don’t feel like it. I’m also talking about what’s actually been working for me with PCOS. I switched from intense weight training (that had me swollen, sore, and out for days) to Pilates and yoga using the Peloton app, plus daily walking. It’s been a whole reframe for me—calmer workouts are still real workouts, and they’re way better for keeping my cortisol down. Along the way, I’m doing my little beauty reset too: dyeing my hair jet ash black, taking off my nails, and getting back into my “beauty rituals” because feeling like myself matters. To wrap it up, I’m keeping my focus simple for the last 70 days: 10,000 steps a day, more water, and staying in my calorie deficit. Everything else is just extra—not pressure.
