Good morning babes—this is day one of my Healing Diaries and the start of my 90-day “become the best version of me” reset. I’m taking you with me through a real day-in-the-life: getting to the gym with a silk press (yes, it’s possible), tracking my workouts, and setting up the systems that keep me consistent. I’m using the Grounds app for my 12-week program, and I’m also tracking habits like water, vitamins, steps, Bible time, gratitude, and reading—because I’m not just trying to look better, I’m trying to live better. I also share a little Amazon bag charm haul (Coach dupe energy because I’m sorry, I’m not spending hundreds on Y2K Coach), plus what I’m using to stay on track with food: two cookbooks I’m pulling recipes from, including one that’s super realistic and fiber-focused, and one that supports hormones/cycle syncing (especially helpful for my PCOS + insulin resistance). I talk honestly about being on Wegovy, why it’s not “cheating,” and why lifestyle changes still matter. And then…life happened. The power went out mid-meal prep, and instead of spiraling, I went out to dinner, had a cocktail, and enjoyed my night. The takeaway: discipline matters, but so does living—because sustainability is the whole point.
